Internal workflow

AdSoups organizes the work between guide promotion planning and Search campaign maintenance.

The application is used by internal operators to prepare campaign inputs, connect approved Google Ads accounts, publish reviewed Search campaigns for AdSoups content, and maintain those campaigns after launch.

Internal tool boundary

Campaign operations support the public guide business.

AdSoups publishes paid search operations guides. The internal workspace supports our own campaign operations by tracking guide pages, campaign briefs, ad copy, authorized Google Ads accounts, and reviewed Search campaign changes.

The public website provides editorial content for visitors and documentation of our internal workflow. It does not provide public registration, client self-service campaign management, or access to internal Google Ads accounts.

Operating modules

The internal workspace is organized around the same modules used by operators each day.

01

Guide pages

Store guide page URLs, topic notes, allowed locations, and campaign brief metadata.

02

Campaign briefs

Prepare launch-ready content promotion records with country, language, URL, and linked Google Ads account status.

03

Campaigns

Build Search campaign structure, budgets, ad groups, keyword sets, ads, and assets before publishing.

04

Creatives

Draft responsive search ad titles and descriptions, then review quality and sync status.

05

Google Ads Accounts

Track authorized customer accounts, MCC relationship, budget readiness, and API publishing method.

06

API Health

Monitor daily API quota, account sync activity, errors, and request volume so operators know when work is safe to run.

Workflow

From approved guide page to maintained Search campaign.

1. Import guide page and campaign brief data

Operators review guide page URLs, topic notes, country, language, and campaign goal before campaign preparation.

2. Prepare campaign assets

AdSoups organizes draft keywords, negative keyword candidates, responsive search ad copy, and campaign naming rules for review.

3. Link an authorized Google Ads account

The operator selects an AdSoups-owned Google Ads account under our manager account. Account status and budget readiness are checked before publishing.

4. Publish approved Search campaigns

Reviewed budgets, campaigns, ad groups, criteria, ads, and assets are created or updated through scoped Google Ads API calls.

5. Maintain performance daily

Reports and search terms are reviewed to apply negative keywords, add eligible keywords, adjust CPC ceilings, and pause or resume campaigns.

Public documentation

How the internal workflow supports our campaign operations.

The live internal application requires authorized access. The Dashboard page shows the same modules, status labels, tables, and workflow structure that operators use daily.
